CHUCK HARTER
Chuck is the Owner/Operator, and the backbone of the Outback
Park & Public Range. Chuck is a Vietnam veteran with
50 years of shooting experience. Chuck started
building the complex in 1997 and is an NRA pistol
instructor. He is a Federal Firearms Dealer with 20
years of experience in the firearms game and he built The
Outback to provide the citizens of Kansas with a place
for Safe Clean Family fun. |

SCOTT ANDERSON
Scott is a deputy with 17 years of Kansas Law Enforcement
experience. Scott is a State Certified Law Enforcement Pistol,
Shotgun, & Tactical Shotgun instructor, an NRA pistol and
Home Safety Instructor & a State Hunter Education
Instructor. Scott has been with Chuck since 1998 and
was responsible for writing the CCH manual. Scott is
also in charge
of all of the tactical training at The Outback. |

CHAD FLESHER Chad
is a deputy with 11 years of Kansas Law Enforcement
experience. He is an NRA pistol & Home Safety
Instructor, and is a Law Enforcement Instructor in various
topics to include Anti-Terrorism. Chad works closely
with Scott in the area of tactical training, and his
knowledge of Kansas laws is vast. |

LONNY LILJEGREN
Lonny is an NRA Pistol & Home Safety Instructor. Lonny
is a Vietnam veteran with 40 years of shooting experience.
Lonny is a new edition to The Outback and has brought
an invaluable point of view to The Outback training
staff. |

CHUCK HUEN
Chuck is an NRA Pistol & Home Safety Instructor.
Chuck
is a veteran of both Gulf Wars with 20 years of shooting
experience. Chuck is also a police officer for the
City of Salina with 8 years of law enforcement experience. |

RACHEL ANDERSON
Rachel is our office manager. She keeps the guys in
line and keeps the books in order. Without her, your
training materials would be a coffee stained sheet of paper,
printed crooked. |
